Supplier Quality

Supplier Assessment

Before we start working with a new potential supplier, Gexpro Services demands a set of requirements to fulfill from each through our mandatory setup process, which ensures 360° introspection and liability.

On-site audit requests are obligatory to support and complete by the supplier in case of 30 days prior notice.

Part Qualification

We support our customers’ quality requirements on item level, as well. Part qualification process contains clarification of the manufacturing method(s), process flows and product controls through documented records (MPP – Manufacturing Process Plan; PQP – Product Quality Plan). These records are validated and approved by our engineers under all circumstances.

Our engineers may also require other documents as part qualification evidence, such as:

  • 3rd Party Lab Test Report
  • Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Report
  • Certificate of Conformance (CoC)
  • Raw Material Test Report

Inspection

Gexpro Services provides trained quality inspectors for proper and thorough item level inspection. The exact process details are determined for each part number by the complexity of the product, customer requirements, specifications, and legal expectations.
